Lean Six Sigma Procesní inženýr
Responsibilities:
- Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training / workshops to drive cultural change
- Facilitate this change by leading cross functional teams made up of associates from all levels in the organization with the goal of empowering shop floor associates to control their environment
- Train / Coach / Mentor colleagues on process improvement techniques, Lean Six Sigma tools and cultural change
- Support production process design and implementation
- Support value stream mapping to define "As-Is Analysis" and the transition to Future State
- Performs gap analysis and creates improvement roadmap, report on KPIs, carry out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine projects feasibility
- Leads, facilitates, executes and manages projects to reduce costs with the help of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies (DMAIC)
Ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- Green belt certificate
- Proven experience in leading several Lean Six Sigma projects with objective evidence of financial improvement
- Communicative knowledge of English
- University graduate (Technical field)
- Reliability, accuracy, responsibility, independence, ability to learn
